NMDC Limited, Bailadila Iron Ore Mine Kirandul Complex, is organizing walk-in interviews for Graduate Apprentices, Technician (Diploma) Apprentices, and Trade Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act of 1961, subsequently amended in 1964, 1968, 1973, 1986, 1997, and 2007. Qualification Criteria:

  • Candidates applying for (A) Trade (ITI) Apprentices mentioned in the above table must possess an ITI Trade Qualification Certificate from an institution recognized by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT).
  • Candidates applying for (B) Graduate Apprentices must possess a 4-Year Degree or 5-Year Integrated Dual Degree or 3-Year Degree after 3-Year Diploma (*3-Year Degree after 2-Year Diploma in the case of Bachelor of Pharmacy) in the same discipline from a government-recognized University/Institution.
  • Candidates applying for (C) Technician (Diploma) Apprentices must possess a 3-Year Diploma Qualification Certificate from a government-recognized University/Institution.
  • Candidates will be interviewed only for the prescribed qualifications as mentioned in the Advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates interested in attending the walk-in interview for (A) Trade Apprentices must register themselves and obtain approval in advance on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) web portal.

Candidates interested in attending the walk-in interview for (B) Graduate Apprentices and (C) Technician (Diploma) Apprentices must register themselves and obtain approval in advance on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal.

Additional Information:

  • Suppression of facts will result in disqualification at any stage of the selection process.
  • Participation in the Apprenticeship training scheme does not guarantee employment upon completion of the training.
  • The duration of apprenticeship training will be one year.
  • The walk-in-interview for the mentioned disciplines will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on the specified dates for each category.
  • The venue for the interview is Baila Club and Training Institute, B.I.O.M, Kirandul Complex, Kirandul, Dist – Dantewada (C.G.)- 494556.
  • Candidates must arrive at the interview site before 1:00 PM to register at the interview help desk.
  • Candidates attending the interview will not receive any TA/DA reimbursement.

Additional Instructions:

  • Candidates must bring an approved copy of the Profile pages of Registration proof from the respective web portal (NAPS/NATS) before the interview.
  • Candidates should complete the Bio-data form and bring one passport-size photograph along with original certificates for proof of Date of Birth (10th Pass Certificate), Qualifications, Caste, etc., for verification. They should also bring self-certified copies of each document for submission.
  • Candidates must fill out the online Google Form provided by the Help Desk on the interview date.
  • Stipend will be paid according to the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
  • Accommodation and food arrangements during the Apprenticeship Training period are the responsibility of the apprentices themselves.
  • Note: All candidates attending the walk-in interview must adhere to COVID-19 guidelines and protocols as per the rules and regulations of the Chhattisgarh Government at that time.
